1. Subscription Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via standing order, based on the plan selected during signup.

By subscribing, you:

• Authorise AI Costs to receive monthly payments via your nominated bank account
   
• Agree to the terms outlined during registration
   
• Understand that continued access to the Service requires timely payment
   

It is your responsibility to cancel the standing order if you wish to end your subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in limited circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payments
   
• Technical faults preventing access to the Service within the first 7 days
   

To request a refund, contact admin@aicosts.co.uk. All requests will be reviewed and responded to within 21 days.

3. Partial Refunds or Credits

In exceptional cases, we may offer partial refunds or account credits at our discretion. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment Handling

Payments are processed securely via direct standing order. We do not retain or process your banking credentials directly.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
