Highlight text in CostsMaster or Excel, hold the left shift key on your keyboard while pressing the down key. This process will enable you to easily replace the selected text with new content. The text that you have copied and sent will be stored in the app history at the bottom, along with the newly rewritten text. You can choose the type of rewrite to perform, allowing for drafting automation in your workflow. Additionally, if you prefer a slower method, you can simply copy and paste using the provided buttons.
