• Our Service uses secure, industry-standard methods (including AWS for certain processing tasks) to ensure that your data is kept safe.
   
• Important: While AWS is used for secure, real-time inference processing, no personal data or spreadsheets are stored or transmitted externally. Your spreadsheets and other sensitive data remain on your local machine and are not sent to our servers or any third party.
   
• We adhere to GDPR and related UK data protection laws, ensuring that any data processed for subscription and licensing purposes is handled securely and lawfully.
   

• All intellectual property rights in the Service and its contents are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as provided.
   
• You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any component of the Service without prior written consent.
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other operational reason. Termination may be effected without prior notice.

In no event shall aicosts.co.uk or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
