Onboarding & Training
A one-off onboarding and training fee applies for each new user.

This covers:

• Installation and setup
• Workflow configuration
• Personalised training
• Ongoing support for the first week

Data Integration & Workflow Compatibility

AI Costs works seamlessly with History Reports that already map cleanly into CostsMaster Location Codes.

If your current system exports different codes or mixed activity types, AI Costs is flexible:

You can:

• Edit / reassign codes directly inside the AI Costs app
• Pre-clean the sheet before uploading

Optional Integration Support (for 5+ users)

For larger rollouts, we can also provide optional integration support:

• Mapping your existing activity codes to CostsMaster
• Cleansing and structuring your raw export
• Creating a repeatable workflow template for your team
• Ensuring your data flows into AI Costs cleanly with minimal manual work
